Support the Novexhire talent research team with simple online tasks: verifying company data, tagging job descriptions, and checking candidate profiles for accuracy. Paid training is provided and you set your own schedule inside an agreed weekly hour range.

What you will do

Verify company, role, and location details in TalentGraph records using public web sources.
Tag and clean job descriptions so Nova Recruiter can generate accurate interview questions.
Flag duplicate or outdated candidate profiles for a recruiter to review.
Log 15 to 25 hours per week in a shared tracker and submit a short weekly summary.

What we are looking for

Reliable home internet and a laptop or desktop running a current browser.
Comfortable working in spreadsheets and web based tools.
Clear written English and a high tolerance for detail work.
No prior recruiting experience needed. Paid training covers every tool.
