Build the pipelines that move sourcing, screening, and interview events into the Novexhire analytics warehouse. This is a 12 month contract with a strong track record of extension, working on U.S. Central hours.

What you will do

Build and maintain batch and streaming pipelines in Python and dbt.
Model interview and placement events for the reporting client teams rely on.
Add data quality checks and alerting to every pipeline feeding a client dashboard.
Document lineage so a recruiter can trace any number back to its source.

What we are looking for

3+ years building production data pipelines.
Strong SQL and Python, plus dbt and either Snowflake or BigQuery.
At least five hours of daily overlap with U.S. Central time.
Professional English for written updates and spoken standups.
