What you will do

Train and evaluate embedding models for resume and job description matching.
Build entity resolution that merges duplicate candidate records across sources.
Run adverse impact testing on ranking output and document the results.
Deploy models through reproducible pipelines and monitor drift in production.

What we are looking for

4+ years in applied machine learning with production ownership, not research only.
Fluent Python plus PyTorch, and hands on experience with vector search.
Working knowledge of fairness testing under EEOC guidance and NYC Local Law 144.
Able to explain model behavior to recruiters who do not write code.
