Integrations Engineer

Connect Novexhire to the systems clients already run, including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and SAP SuccessFactors. You will own the integrations that keep candidate records in sync in both directions.

What you will do

Build and maintain bidirectional ATS and HRIS integrations.
Design webhook and retry logic that survives partner API rate limits.
Support solution engineers during client implementations.
Write integration docs a client IT team can follow without booking a call.

What we are looking for

4+ years in backend or integration engineering.
Deep REST and OAuth experience plus one ATS or HRIS API shipped to production.
Python or Node, and comfort with SFTP and legacy file formats when required.
Clear written communication with external technical teams.
