What you will do

Write and version conversation flows for hourly, technical, and bilingual roles.
Test message wording against completion rate and candidate sentiment.
Work with recruiters to translate screening criteria into fair, job related questions.
Maintain a tone guide covering English and Spanish.

What we are looking for

3+ years in conversation design, UX writing, or content design.
Experience shipping messaging flows at volume.
Comfortable reading analytics and defending a wording change with data.
Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
